Rolla Bae is bringing more mindful practices bae-side with classes at dusk and dawn, you can start and end your day in a more connected way.
Casey’s classes combine traditional Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa Flow. Together we will connect to and open the body through asana and create a calm mind with meditation and breath practices. These classes are open to all levels, beginners welcome.
