Returns, refunds & shipping.

Thanks for shopping at Rolla Bae! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns - online orders

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds - online orders

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Shipping - online orders

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are issued a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the product was deemed faulty or damaged on arrival. 

Refunds or cancellations - skate hire & classes

We do not issue refunds on skate hire or classes once the session has commenced or been completed, unless cancelled by Rolla Bae due for the safety of participants due to poor weather conditions or other hazards beyond our control. No refunds for change of mind, early returns or late arrivals. Cancellations must be made in writing, with at least 48 hours notice - if you need to cancel your booking, please email hello@rollabae.com.

Please note that late arrivals to class, beyond 15 minutes, will not be able to participate, unless advised by instructor. Please ensure you arrive on time and allow extra time if you need to hire skate gear.

Rescheduling or cancelations - event bookings

If you’re an event client, you’ll receive our full terms and conditions around amending a booking in the Services Agreement upon booking.
